Two young monkeys named PavPav and PoPo spend this video doing what siblings do best: crowding each other, reaching for attention, and eventually settling down with a bottle each. Both are dressed in matching teal outfits with pink trim, sitting on a tiled floor in front of a wooden cabinet.

If you’ve never seen footage like this before, it’s worth knowing upfront — this is home footage from a family that cares for young monkeys, filmed indoors rather than in the wild.

What happens in the video

"PavPav

The clip opens with a woman sitting cross-legged on the floor, holding PavPav close against her chest while PoPo sits nearby. From there, the two little ones get closer to each other, PoPo leaning in toward PavPav’s face in what looks like a mix of play and mild scuffling — the kind of close, physical back-and-forth young primates are known for.

Later, the woman brings out bottles for both of them. PavPav reaches up for one while PoPo waits close by, and soon both are sitting upright, tipping their bottles back to drink, each about the size of a large house cat perched on its hind legs.

Why they’re dressed alike

Both monkeys wear soft, teal one-piece outfits throughout — practical for keeping them warm indoors, and it also makes them easy to tell apart at a glance, since PavPav has notably lighter, whiter fur around the face and chest compared to PoPo.

A caregiver close by

Throughout the video, a caregiver stays within arm’s reach, adjusting the babies’ outfits, offering bottles, and stepping in when the play between PavPav and PoPo gets a little too enthusiastic. It’s a quiet, domestic scene — no dramatic action, just two young monkeys growing up together.
